The learned senior counsel for the respondent University submits that the University would examine the case

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
