2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 403 of 2024 registered under Sections 96, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. In view of the fact that learned District Court has not considered the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the learned District Court is directed to revisit the order dated 12.02.2025 and pass necessary order after giving due opportunity to the parties, without being prejudiced by its earlier order.
