1. Heard the parties.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner has already received N.O.C. from the State on 07.12.2022 with regard to academic Session 2020-2021. The students have already completed their course, but the examination has not been conducted by the University, solely on the ground that the N.O.C. was not made available by the State Government.

3. Keeping in view, that the State Government has already granted N.O.C. and also considering the future career of the students, it is now directed that the University shall take immediate steps to conduct the examination of the students in terms of Section 30(1) of the Universities Act and declare the result within the stipulated period. The entire exercise should positively be completed within a period of four months from today.

4. It is made clear that the order shall apply for D.Pharma courses. The concerned stake holders which conclude the State Government (for the purpose of D.Pharma courses) would be governed by the aforesaid order.
