1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. 1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to remove the encroachment from the Public Road/land bearing Khata No. 2, Khesra No. 819, which has been illegally encroached by the Private respondent by constructing Pakka house upon land in question, due to which movement of vehicles and villagers have been blocked and petitioner and others are facing lots of in inconvenience."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.7664 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chhauradano Block, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
