Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019. Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual assault by touching the private part of the victim who is a minor girl. Submission is that for village politics, false allegation is there. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.29558 of 2020(3) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 17 of 2020 arising out of Meenapur Police Station Case No. 564 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
