2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 436, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. was added.
3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.
4. Petitioner nos. 1 & 2 are mother-in-law and fatherin-law respectively of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 16.08.2023. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazaar) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
