2. The petitioner had earlier invoked the remedy of contempt jurisdiction in filing MJC No. 86 of 2006 and suffered an order on 11.10.2006. Faced with these dates and events petitioner has presented the present MJC-contempt petition in the year 2021. The present contempt is not maintainable on the ground of delay read with the Section 20 of the Contempt of

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the present MJC-contempt petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
