The Interlocutory Application is allowed without any resistance from the State Counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue regarding original petitioner's claim for regularization on account of having served as work charged employee is now

Patna High Court CWJC No.19543 of 2014(3) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 covered by the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Mobina Khatoon -Versus- State of Bihar & Others decided in LPA No 166 of 2018 on 04.02.2019.

The substituted petitioners would be approaching respondent No 4 within a period of four weeks from today for the relief in terms of the decision of the Full Bench. In the event, such claim is made, the same should be decided in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order by respondent No 4 keeping in view the law laid down by the Full Bench in the above noted judgment of the Full Bench of this Court within a period of three months thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
