Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 114 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 452, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered inside the house of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41579 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
