Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawanpur P.S.Case No.151 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.83537 of 2019 vide order dated 14.01.2020. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five
