The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioners are Bhaisur (elder brothers of husband) of the deceased. They are living separately and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29935 of 2022(3) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
