The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of order(s), direction (s) directing the Authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioner identical because the petitioner has appeared in the physical test examination for constable in Bihar Military Police and District Police and she has already passed in the written test examination and as well as physical efficiency test as per the Advertisement published by the Respondents in the year 2014, and more than Ten thousand of vacancies are in the department

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) Bihar, Patna submits that though cut-off marks is 105, but the petitioner has secured only 99 marks, hence she could not be selected, thus there is no merit in the present writ petition. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Selection Board, as aforesaid, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence the same stands dismissed.
