JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For quashing and setting aside the order dated 11.09.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS) Bhojpur in case no. 43 of 2017 whereby and where under selection of the petitioner to the post of Aanganbari Sewika has been cancelled without considering the facts and circumstances of the case and guidelines as such order dated 11.09.2018 Annexure-8 is fit to be quashed by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) For quashing and setting aside the order dated 23.02.2021 Annexure-10
Patna High Court CWJC No.12553 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/3 passed in Aanganbari Appeal No. 4 of 2018 by the Additional Collector, Bhojpur whereby and where under order dated 11.09.2018 passed in case no. 43 of 2017 by the District Programme Officer (ICDS) Bhojpur has been upheld contrary to the guidelines of the Government without application of mind and without considering the facts and circumstances of the case hence interference of this Hon'ble Court is essentially required.
(iii) For direction upon the respondents authorities concern to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Aanganbari Sewika at Aanganbari Centre Code No.-154 Jamalpur Mathia in the light of the appointment/selection letter dated 28.11.2016 Annexure-6 issued by the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Koilwar.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
