====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Spl. Case No. 1442 of 2019 arising out of Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 904 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04. 02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6476 of 2020 with an observation that, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Spl.
