ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present Writ Petition is disposed at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation ventilating his grievance and also seeking extension of time for vacating the subject premises along with the copy of the orders/judgments relied by them within a period of two weeks from today. On such representation being given the authority shall consider the same on its own merits duly taking into account the orders passed by the Courts in

W.P.(C) No. 720 of 2025 decided on 20.01.2025 or any other judgments relied within a period of two weeks thereof. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. Till such time the authorities take a decision the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
