The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 306 of 2017 registered under Sections 365, 366-A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-3 to this application wherein she did not whisper a word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chef
