The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatia P. S. Case No. 509 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 15.120 ml of foreign liquor has been recovered from hand bag of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P. S. Case
