The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ is being filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities for payment of salary which is due to the petitioner for a long time." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to paragraph no.5 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, that the entire outstanding dues of salary and allowances have already stood paid to the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been

In view of the aforesaid, though the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
