The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14394 of 2020. As a matter of fact, out of ten prosecution witnesses, none of them have supported the prosecution version. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 10.10.2019.
