The petitioner seeks bail in Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018, corresponding to C.R.I. No. 664 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the written report that brother of the informant had gone along with the petitioner and other co-accused persons and they all might have

Petitioner is in custody since 11.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018, corresponding to C.R.I. No. 664 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
