JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for payment of pending bills to the petitioner against purchase of paddy crop.
2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2, and it appears from letter dated 23.6.2014 (Annexure 'A') that the payments in question were made through two cheques dated 11.7.2013 and 14.11.2013 respectively, both of which have been received by the petitioner before filing of the writ petition.
3. It, therefore, appears that the grievances of the petitioner stood redressed even prior to filing of the writ petition.
