This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47623 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner no.1 Guddu Singh in the court below in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.538 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47623 of 2017 by this Court, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, were directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4292 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Kumar Sinha, Sub JudgeI, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.538 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. While the petitioner nos.2 to 6 surrendered before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case in time but the petitioner no.1 Guddu Singh could not surrender before the court below in time in connection with the aforesaid case as he was outside the State to earn livelihood and prays for extension of the period of surrender of the petitioner no.1 Guddu Singh in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case. In view of the aforesaid submission, let the period of surrender of the petitioner no.1 Guddu Singh in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case be further extended for a period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47623 of 2017 by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
