Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the latest notification dated 28.03.2018 of the Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, the petitioner is entitled to at least minimum wages prescribed therein. He submits that, till today, the petitioner is being paid Rs 196/- per day which is much below the minimum wages prescribed as per the notification dated 28.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to submit a detailed representation with reference to the 2018 notification

Patna High Court CWJC No.20644 of 2014(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 before respondent No 5.

Let the petitioner do so within four weeks.

In the event, such a representation is filed, it is expected that the same will be disposed of in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order and benefits thereof whatsoever may be made available to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
