The petitioner seeks bail in Mairawa P.S. Case No. 477 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 1.500 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27770 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ II, Siwan, in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 477 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
