JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- " 1(i). For issuance of an order, direction or writ including writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20/2/2014 passed by the learned District Magistrate, East Champaran whereby she raised the genuineness of appointment of her husband after about 27 years of his appointment.
(ii). For issuance of an order, direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the retiral benefit dues with interest to the petitioner of her husband posted as Choukidar at Madhuban Block
Patna High Court CWJC No.11150 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 under district East Champaran who died in service period.
(iii). For issuance of an order, direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to fix the pension of the petitioner with interest, due to death of her husband in service period in accordance to law. 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondents has referred to an order dated 20.2.2015, passed by the District Magistrate, East Chamapran, whereby and whereunder the case of the petitioner has been rejected. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 20.2.2015, which has been annexed by the Respondents in the counter affidavit, filed in the present case. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
