Patna High Court CWJC No.12234 of 2015 dt.10-10-2018 2/2 petitioners without following the due process of law and further directing the respondents not to deviate from the approved route duly sanctioned by the technical committee and to complete the installation work of Transmission Tower as per the sanctioned and approved route.
2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a few cases. However on repeated call, the petitioner was again not represented.
3. Learned counsel for t he respondents- National Power Grid Corporation of India Limited submits that the writ petition has now been infructuous. It is stated that the transmission line had already been completed and charged on 16.02.2016, consequent upon which the said project had been dedicated to the nations in a joint meeting of India and Nepal on 20.02.2016.
4. Having regard to the stand of the respondentCorporation as above, no interference is called for.
5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
