Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of the order dated 19.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19837 of 2017 as the petitioners had gone outside State for their livelihood, recently they have returned and could know about the present order, makes a prayer for extension of time by a further period of six weeks.
In view of the above, the prayer for surrender is extended by a further period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
