JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders setting aside the order dated 27.1.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, vide memo no. 145, by which he has illegally terminated the contract of the petitioner by which she was appointed as Ladies Supervisor."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed an appeal, challenging the order dated 27.1.2015, hence, the same be directed to be disposed off.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this this order.
