Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Piar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos.1 and 3, above named. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39646 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 withdrawn on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 2 and 4 are concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that they are ladies and there is no specific allegation against them in the F.I.R. of having done anything.

Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 2 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P.S.
