In the nature of the order required to be passed by this Court, in the given facts and circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to convert this application in a civil review application within a period of two weeks from today. Let a copy of this petition as well as any other documents which the petitioner may place on record with the review application be served upon learned counsel for the opposite party within one week from today.
