2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 140(2), 308(5), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim along with others. During investigation, it has come that the victim was taken for Panchayati (Mediation) in the village itself by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30819 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court in connection with Raxaul P.S.
