Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course.

The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24536 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of District- Begusarai but due to inadvertently it has been wrongly typed in the cause title of bail petition that the petitioner is a resident of District- Khagaria. In

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31739 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 fact, the petitioner has furnished Vakalatnama in which it has been mentioned that the petitioner is a resident of DistrictBegusarai. Considering the aforesaid fact, let it be read as "District- Begusarai" in place of "District- Khagaria" in the cause title of the bail petition.

Accordingly, the order dated 17.01.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
