Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 481/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/341/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a patient of C.K.D. (Critical Kidney Disease) and is undergoing treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the allegations levelled

Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 has submitted that the petitioner is not suffering from any disease. Some medical documents have been produced by learned counsel for the petitioner which show that the petitioner is a patient of critical kidney disease.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner on medical grounds. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 481/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
