JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to AG appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Collector under the provisions of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for making reference for the determination of the court with regard to the apportionment of the compensation amount for the land in question acquired by the State Government. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
