This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 21.08.2014, passed by learned S.D.M., Sadar, Ara in Misc. Case No. 4 of 2011, whereby the learned S.D.M., Sadar had rejected the petitioner's application for restoring possession of the lands in question in pursuance of order dated 03.04.1991,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51877 of 2014(15) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 passed by Executive Magistrate, Ara in Case No. 2 of 1984. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit taken on record. He further submits that the order has been complied with. Mr. Anish Chandra Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the order has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of.
