2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to avail remedy under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) as the power of execution is vested in the Deputy Collector Land Reforms himself.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy
