Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that after bifurcation of Magadh University, Patliputra University has been set up for the territorial jurisdiction of Patna where the College of Commerce is located. He further submits that in view of subsequent change of the University, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ application to pursue the remedy before the Patliputra University.
The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Patliputra University for redressal of their grievances.
In case, such representation is filed by the petitioenrs, the University will decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation along with a copy of this order.
