Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahua P.S. Case No. 151 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 364, 366, 365, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Agnu Pandit had gone missing. The missing report was was registered in Dattapur Police Station in Amrawati district in the State of Maharashtra. The Maharashtra police found no foul play in disappearance of Agnu Pandit. Subsequently, this case has been filed for disappearance of Agnu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39614 of 2021(3) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 Pandit and the petitioners are accused in the case. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this is a false case and there is no material to connect these petitioners with the disappearance of Agnu Pandit even remotely.

Considering the facts, as discussed above, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 151 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
