The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nautan P.S. Case No.198 of 2014 (Tr. No.3220 of 2017) registered under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was married to Majid Mian three years ago but the accused persons were always subjecting to torture his daughter. All the accused killed his daughter and disposed of her dead body. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is uncle of the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is living separately from the husband of the deceased and he has got no

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is uncle of the husband of the deceased, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.198 of 2014 (Tr. No.3220 of 2017), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
