This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 28981 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 05.03.2018.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he had gone to his village home in Holi vacation where he became ill and hence he could not attend the court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42629 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 petitioners, prayer is allowed.
