Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 429 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
