JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the State Government under Section 45-B of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for redressal of valid grievances with respect to the lands claimed by him.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
