This is the second attempt for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner despite direction given in earlier order to surrender and seek regular bail. The only fresh material, as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, is that case has been compromised between the parties, however the alleged offence is not compoundable and the allegation is specific against the petitioner causing multiple head injury, so the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected and is directed to surrender and seek regular bail.
