The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sikandra P.S. Case No.73 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted him with sticks. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Mary Khatoon @ Sabina is the wife of Md. Wasim, son of the informant Md. Abul Hasan. Mary Khatoon filed complaint case No.770(c) of 2017 under Section 498A of the I.P.C. against her husband, Md. Wasim and father-in-law, Md. Abul Hasan, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.198 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 informant that is why the informant implicated Mary Khatoon. The injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature.

The learned counsel for the State Ramesh Chandra did not dispute this fact and submitted that of course the injuries are simple but found on head of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are ladies and minors, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.73 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
