This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have killed the daughter of the informant on account of nonfulfillment of demand of tractor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased have got no role to play in the incident and the main person behind the death of the deceased is the husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62292 of 2017(3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 deceased who is in custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the deceased had in fact committed suicide and the petitioners had informed the parents of the deceased about the same, thereafter, they had come and the altercation had taken place. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to admit the petitioners to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
