Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have got the job of Panchayat Teacher by furnishing the marks-sheet and certificate which on inquiry was found forged and the petitioner has drawn huge amount from the government coffer as salaries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. She was

No.28552 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 given the documents furnished by her at the time of appointment by the Competent Authority and after verification and scrutiny of the said documents, she was given appointment letter and she is not responsible for any irregularity made in the documents rather the Competent Authority which has furnished the same to her. Petitioner happens to be lady. She has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated several co-accused have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
