The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.178 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. He further submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and moreso there is no material available in the case-diary against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39339 of 2021(6) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.178 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
