1. The petition by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, orders or directions for the quashing of the order dated 10-03-15 passed and issued in Case no. 13/15 by the Respondent No. 3 by which the claim of the petitioner to be appointed as Panchayat Teacher under Gram Panchayat Raj Sahapur, Block - Sattarkataiya in the district of Saharsha, has been rejected and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10845 of 2015(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 further after quashing of the above said impugned order the respondents may be directed to issue appointment letter and to appoint the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher with all the benefits.

And further any other appropriate reliefs may be given to the petitioner under the given facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Considering it that this matter is covered by the Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) B.L.J. 381, 2022 (2) P.L.J.R. 80 and the Judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal before the concerned State Appellate Authority.
