2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application vide Encroachment Petition No. 15/2021-22 on 11.02.2022 (Annexure-15 to the writ petition) before respondent No. 5. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid case.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7726 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 petition, let respondent No. 5 dispose of aforesaid petitioner's application in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
