The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, on account of a dispute scuffle took place between the parties for which a case and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S.
